About the Job
Mixed ages, backgrounds, looks OVERVIEW: Casting dancers / movers to participate in an outdoor Pentecostal-style worship service. Not a dance performance and traditional choreo. Movement will be rooted in real worship behavior, collective rhythm, and organic repetition. SEEKING PERFORMERS WHO: Comfortable with improv Can take direction around energy, timing and spatial flow. Can work with movement that is raw, human, and alive. Experience in dance, movement, theater, improv, & rituation performance is a plus. Casting off reels. SCHEDULE: Friday, Jan 30th – Rehearsal Day (12 hours) Saturday, Jan 31st – Shoot Day (12 hours)
